Tom Crean Brewery was born out of a passion for quality and a desire to honour the adventurous spirit of Tom Crean. Aileen and Bill, who met in India, bring diverse experiences to the brewery—Aileen with her extensive background in hospitality and Bill as a retired London firefighter. The brewery's ethos is deeply rooted in sustainability and local sourcing, using grain from Co. Antrim, yeast from Co. Wicklow, and water from Kenmare.
